Where to buy new 12v outlet?

My 12v outlet (Cigarette lighter) stopped working, I bought a new fuse but when I went to check the fuse box the fuse still works. I have not opened up the radio/12volt console yet but I would like to know where I can buy the correct part to fix it? What part number do I need? Or can I just buy a general universal part? I accidentally left a seat cushion that warms up plugged in overnight and it probably melted the wires.

The wires are pretty small. You shouldn't plug anything into it that takes much current like a heater or cigarette lighter either. If you take the console apart you can probably see what's wrong. I don't know about the stock part but I've seen after market parts that will fit that were shown in some ads. I just wired up a second one to use for a radar detector that I got at Walmart though.
