2: Building one w/ KDSS/Nav and having to fly to get it (regions) w/ 12 hour drive back for 38400. They said prob 6 weeks to get one.

Is mag grey a color you want? Those extra 3 options you list retail at $784 (invoice $487) so maybe you can work them down a little more on the price if those are the only differences between what you want and what they are selling. I usually rake dealers over the coals on dealer-installed options like these (walking away is fun).

Option #1. 6 hours extra driving coupled with no accessories and a 6 week wait for #2 make #1 the winner (at least to me). That being said, if you don't care about the accessories, you can get a pretty cheap ticket, and you don't mind waiting, #2 makes more sense.
