Which Scion HU do I need?

I've got a 2003 Limited with the JBL Synthesis 10-speaker system.

Can someone please point me in the right direction and tell me if there is a Scion HU that will work (preferably with a 6-disc changer) and still keep my steering wheel controls?

I know that there's several models of the Scion HU, I just want to make sure that I'm looking for the right one.

I live in the middle of the ocean and XM or Sirius is not an option, nor do I need any kind of nav control (I'm on an island, I can only drive around in circles)


My "plan b" is to buy a Scosche adapter and get any HU that decent and cheap.

Someone please help

Im pretty sure that Scion units are not a direct replacement for oem JBL units. The wiring/amp setup is different with the JBL.

I guess a scosche adapter it is then. If all else fails then at least I'll have a HU and can rip ... I mean replace, the rest of the stuff later.

I guess switching it out with a Scion deck was going to be too much to ask for.
