Tagboard

Found something interesting called "Tagboard" in a Spanish site (ask me if you need any translation but I believe you'll see how it works just from taking a look).

Basically:

1- you make a short post
2- you only see the last 25 posts
3- it automatically updates after 30 sec.

Wouldn't this be a better solution than AIM? Can this be implemented here?

(Sorry if this is something widely know by you but I'm new in this).
