What type of led bar is this and how long is it. Looks like a 20". Any pics with the grill back on?
I have a 30" bar on backorder right now. I purchased SoCalTrail's blemished light mount bracket. I plan to use a Rigid cradle mount for the led bar behind the stock grill. Pics to follow when everything comes in.

The light bar is Hanma. The bulb housing area is 20 inches wide. Total width including side mounting brackets is about 23 inches.
I'll take some pics with grill back on, haven't done it yet. But I will say that stock grill does block a lot of the light bar, probably around 35-40%. I was planning on doing a Satoshi grill before I did the light bar but as [MENTION=75328]DannyLlama[/MENTION] said..."Get'em before they are gone"... I didn't want to miss out on one of these brackets. And because I already had everything (light bar, mounting plate, and OTRATTW switch) I decided to go ahead and get this all set up. Now I have to make a decision on a new grill soon.

What about losing the emblem and keeping the stock grill?
If you pop out the Toyota emblem there is a matching outline of the emblem behind it. So there wouldnt be much of a difference.... unless you wanted to cut that part out. But even if you did that only the 2 middle LED bulbs would shine through unblocked. The 'wings' that are on both sides block a good part of the light (less than half of the top part).
I kind of knew this was going to be the case going in and was trying to find a way to mount them lower (that's why I went with a Single Row LED Bar). But I'm no engineer nor do I have the tools to be able to create something on my own.
So using [MENTION=74569]SOcalTRAIL[/MENTION]'s bracket was the best solution for me ... after reading how burly it was and was, for me, the most secure way to mount lights I decided to change my grill instead of keeping the stock grill (even though keeping the stock look was my first choice).
I will take some day and night pics today.

) This also gives you a good idea on the mounting of four visionx cannons behind the grill and two PIAA 510 ion yellow fogs in the lower grill... might be time for some LED cubes down there
