Will 285/70/17 fit in the factory spare tire location?

Sorry if the question has been answered before; been searching for an hour or so and can't find a quick answer.

Getting the OW 2.5" kit and want to go to 285's. I assume it's best to replace the spare when making a significant change to tire size.

If it doesn't fit, what do the people with 285's do for a spare solution?

Thanks for the links & the tip; I was using the forum tools. There are only 1 or 2 threads with the word "tire" in them....
