Will factory key fob work with aftermarket alarm/remote starter?

1999 Limited here.

Previous owner had an aftermarket remote starter and alarm installed. I have the fob for this aftermarket remote but not the original Toyota fob. The aftermarket fob no longer works.

My question is: Will a Toyota key fob work with my aftermarket remote start/alarm?

The aftermarket system is an AstroStart 2006 and has a master ON/OFF switch.

Based on past experience with fobs, I doubt it. The starter will be looking for a specific signal and it's unlikely that the Toyota fob has that.

No it will not. You should get a working remote for the aftermarket alarm.
