Window rolls up then back down

I just bought a 99 4runner limited (First time on a 4runner forum! I traded my explorer and Ive always wanted a 4runner!!!) Anyways, the passenger window has an issue, with the automatic one touch window when i tap it up the window rolls all the way up then thinks something got caught in the way so rolls back down half way (as if an arm was sticking out the window as a safety measure). I was told there was a way to reset this by doing something special, anyone know? thanks

I have a 99 also and my driver side does the same thing. I have gotten used to it though. Lol just adds character to my runna..

hold the button all the way up and wait about 5 sec, after the window is fully closed before releasing it.
