Won't start strange buzzing noise from behind glovebox

Truck won't start. Still getting dash lights. There is an odd sound coming from behind the glove box. Stepping on and off the brake pedal seems to also alternate sound.

Battery?

Car alarm malfunction?

It's an aftermarket car alarm that was installed by dealer.

How would I de-activate?

most alarms have an override button, the installer will usually put it under the drivers dash or where most of the wiring ended up. they can be hard to spot but again, most aftermarket alarms will one.
