Worth modding a stock 99'?

I have a completely stock 99 Millennium Gray 4Runner. I love it, but I'd like to...make it mine. So far, I have red bulbs in the dash and center controls (some have burned out though) and a red LED dome light. I also bought a new Pioneer head unit to replace the crappy Sony Xplod the former owner put in.

What else would you guys recommend me modding?
