wheels might fit, if there are not bigger than 25mm offset, but the tires will rub, for 22's use 285/40 r22 tires.

With the wheels, you need to know the centerbore. Toyota has a larger center and if these wheels were built to fit a GM then the center wil be too small. That is way too large a setup for a 4Runner. The wheels are available at discount tire for $160 with a $50 rebate off a set of 4.

tires DEF wont fit without a 4" lift. And rarely do wheel companies these days build wheels to the exact GM size. Theyre built to be larger and people use hub centric rings to bring it down size.
