Would you like to see the classified section organized?

Just trying to see how this forum feels about our classified. Most other sites have their classified sections broken down into categories i.e. wanted, parts, whole trucks, etc.

Ideas for categories:
Suspension/Wheels and Tires
Want to Buy
Vehicles for Sale
Misc. T4R Items
Non-T4R Items
Free

Feel free to chime in with other organization/section ideas and I'll update this post.

I think it would be nice to have a "Want to Buy" section, and a section for the For Sale items, whether or not they get sliced up into the different gens would be another question I guess.

I also think the "Trader Feedback List" should then be added as it's own section, not just a sticky thread.

Also I think thee should be a certain amount of post someone needs to reach before they can try and sell somthing...just like yotatech

Splitting things up a bit would make it easier to find certain things, but as soon as you do that you start missing other things, things you didn't even know you couldn't live without yet!:naughty:

I think this would be a great idea. I like yotatechs setup, but maybe a few less sections. Just tires/suspension, whole cars, misc parts, free, wanted, and a graveyard. Just to clean it up a bit. It will get too cluttered if we do gen specific.

Now that you mention it I agree, I think gen specific might be too much.

Yeah plus a lot of the things people sell are universal. Just make a warning to specify what vehicle it fits or have everyone create a sig.
On that note, it is really helpful when people put where they are from and use a signature. Makes it easier to problem solve and sell things.

x2 on all of that. It could be mandatory that a post title starts like "3rd gen - OME lift" or "All Gen - Yakima Roof Rack" or "4th Gen - Headlights"

Defender and VW. But yeah, i only put it because it has a solid about of sub catergories without being too much like yotatech.
