I have a set of 2014 roof rails. Removed them to put on a Baja rack. I know you are asking 2010-2013 rails, not sure if the 2014 will fit your need. Let me know. I am in San Francisco Bay Area.
 
Howdy! I have a set fresh off my 2015 Trail Edition, with black plastics. I work for an airline so I can even ship them to you pretty cheap.
