So after having missed out on the Pepboy's "deal", I'm more motivated to swap from my 20's down to the 17's I have. I'm willing to travel a bit, and I do have a budget limit.

Obviously no one wants junk tires, so please save your time (and that sh*t is unsafe too, so don't sell them, trash them).
