WTB 3rd gen 99-00 or at least e locker(Denver,CO)

All, I already own a 4th gen but giving to my wife. Hoping to find a 3rd gen with at least an e locker and strong maintenence history if over 200k miles. Hoping to also not spend over $7k and also don't want black paint.

I know this isn't the exact place for this question but I figured it would be seen and hopefully answered by someone reliable. I think I have found a 99 limited 4runner I want. It has 218k miles ome lift on it already. Timing belt and water pump done, and seems like a very detailed owner. Also has arb winch bumper already. What is everyone's thoughts on a reasonable price?

What is the owner asking? LBJ's done, shocks replaced recently, steering column tight and no leaks, rust, etc.? If he is under the $7k you want to spend, you're probably good to go.

He is listed at $7400. Ome lift put in about 75k ago. Supposedly lbjs done recently. But no rust and steering is solid. And did new brake pads and rotors. Leather front seats are trash but i think I got an upholstery guy to fix them for a couple hundred.

Should be worth it then. I picked up mine for $4k (98 with 215k), and spent $4500 in maintenance, suspension, steering and tires. Drives better than my 4th Gen.

I would be interested but unfortunately not sure I want a manual since it will be my Daily Driver as well. I have decided any 3rd gen 4runner is acceptable now as well since my budget is so limited.
