WTB: 96-98 4Runner fog lights and brackets - dealer installed

All,

I am searching for the dealer installed fog lights for a 96-98 4Runner. This consists of rectangular Hella lights, metal brackets that bolt to the bumper for the lights to mount to, and plastic brackets on the light housing to hook up to the valance cross bar. See attached photo for a backside view of the light: brackets assembly that I am referring to.
