This is probably a long shot, but does anyone have the plate that helps secure the bolt on a trailer hitch? It's a flat piece of metal that goes inside the frame and has a square hole that holds a bolt in place so you can fasten a nut to it to hold the trailer hitch in place. The Junk yard I got a used hitch from, only gave me one.
