I have an 01 sr5 sport silver, auto with 189k that is pretty darn clean. There is some rust underneath, but not bad at all. newer toyo tires with tacoma wheels. I hit two deer with the front bumper and twice had to replace said front bumper with no other damage. I think we were the second owner and have owned it since 2005. We have most receipts too.

I think it has the e-locker too. I am looking int he ballpark of 6k. Everything works as it should. Sometimes i get a little rust under the weatherstripping ont he passenger and driver side but i take the dremel and use touch up paint and put the weatherstripping back on and you almost never know it is there.

i only meet 50% of your criteria.
