Some of you may remember me buying a RZR4 last year. A few of you may remember making fun of me for buying one. Well, it's been a year and it has never been off my lot.
Very long story short, the dealer talked me into getting a 4 seat RZR and not the two seat and adding the seat kit. His reason was, in Ohio you cannot ride in state parks with modified seating. So we bought the special edition 4 seater with full roof, vented windshield, rear view mirrors, rotopax mount and can and took delivery. Why not right? It's zero interest and zero down, may as well throw in the accessories. I get it home the next weekend and run out and buy my sons helmets. It's one week before labor day weekend (our would be maiden voyage) and we want to be ready to head out.
My wife called the park and asks if we (adults) have to have helmets on a side by side. The park ranger on the phone says "yes". My wife told the ranger that we had helmets for the kids but not ourselves yet. The ranger asked my wife how old the kids were, she said 3 and 6. The ranger said the kids cannot ride in the RZR unless their feet touch the floor and backs touched the seats UNASSISTED. We argued and whined and tried to reason with them that their rule makes it only possible for adults to ride in the RZR. we made no progress.
So in the end the thing has been sitting in my warehouse for a year now, every week our two i drive it around our back lot for 10-15 min to get it warm and keep it running. I have managed to put 43 miles on it having never left out lot.
Time has come to just sell the darn thing and stop holding on to it for my sons to get old enough to ride.
I financed $21k on it, I still owe about $14k (the selling price.) [MENTION=49649]KidVermicious[/MENTION] that's my bottom dollar. Just in case someone on here needs a NEW RZR.. hit me up.
