They're not as bright as HID, but you'll find this recent review of our H11 Xtreme LED kit installed (Lexus projectors) interesting --- shows actual LUX testing and different exposures for beam pattern pics:

Just got my Xtreme HID H11 4300k Phillips kit. Can't wait to find some time to install it this weekend!

I am having issues with my LED fog lights that I ordered and installed along with my Phillips HID kit. Love the setup but it seems like one of the fogs are really sensitive. I swapped them from left to right and the problem follows the bulb. When I wiggle the connections it will turn on and off. Any help? Thanks

Not quite satisfied with my passenger side, but was limited by the positive wire on the relay. Driver's side came out great, can't see any of it even with the hood up.
The powers that be simply need to add this to vbulletin: Image Resizer - vbulletin hacks, modification and addons - Seven Skins

[MENTION=2429]4wheeln98[/MENTION] - The Xtreme HID ballasts are low draw, so you can safely power them directly from the OEM headlight wiring without worrying about whether you're going to strain the OE wiring. The only "benefit" to using a relay harness is that you're ensuring that the ballasts always receive a stable 12V (even at start up).

The two relay harnesses (with positive/negative connectors) that came in the box don't apply to 5th gen setup correct? I'm guessing they were just included because this kit serves other vehicles as well?
Also, will securing the ballast together with this block like I have pictured behind the plastic flap above the wheel well created an issue from heat or anything else?

[MENTION=167950]CZ-4Runner[/MENTION] - Correct, the ballasts that come in the Xtreme HID kit are low draw, which means that you can safely power them right from the 4runner's OEM headlight wiring. They way you have it set up is fine, although I wouldn't rely just on the double sided tape.

Thank you. I also used plastic ties but really was concerned about heat issues.

You'll be good then. They won't produce much heat or get hot enough for the double-sided tape or the zip ties.

Installed the HIDs this past thurs. Pretty easy overall. I ended up not using the relays. I placed the ballast behind the side cover above the wheel well and it hides them perfectly. What a difference! It looks so much better and great visibility driving. Of course I ran out of time to make adjustments and had quite a few people flashed me on my morning commute. Made more adjustments so we'll see how that goes. Now I need to upgrade the fogs!
