I know that by ordering from the southeast region (designated "SE" on special order listing); a buyer can order many different extras.
Examples are: 1) thicker undercoating and rust protection--available only in "SE" region
2) Turn signal mirrors were listed as an available option but only in the "SE" regions.
3) There were a couple of other options that was only available to buyers in the "SE" regions but NOT the rest of the nation.
The buyer has to special order the vehicle or special order the part in the aftermarket from an Southeastern dealership.
