Yokohama Geolandar A/T S, anyone tried them?

I'm the very proud new owner of a beautiful '04 4Runner and a newbie on this forum (actually this this my first post), and I'm looking for new all terrain tires. They're going on factory 17" rims and I don't want them to be too loud on the highway. Any suggestions? The Yokohama Geolandar A/T S looks pretty cool, and are pretty cheap ($117 USD on tirerack.com). Has anyone tried these?

My mom has 'em on her '99 limited and she really likes them and are a great DD tire and are capable of a moderate trail or two.

My Uncle has them on his Tundra and LOVED them when they were new. They're down a little past 50% now and he said his traction is terrible. I saw them perform new and was very impressed but if they're as bad as he says once they're worn a bit I wouldn't purchase them. SUV's tend to have better traction then trucks anyhow due to weight distribution so they may be awesome on a 4Runner.

I have 50K on a set on a Suburban. They are an excellent all-around tire - good quietness, good traction, etc. They are markedly better than the OEM Firestones they replaced. They are getting close to the end of their life, but you can't beat them for the price.

Many, many posters on Tirerack were very happy with them when I bought mine.
