UPDATE: 7/1/12

Re tinted the tails today. Still a little darker than I wanted, but it gets a little lighter over time, so it should be perfect after a couple weeks. I also put in some white LED reverse lights.

Funny, I have a set of LC wheels I just started stripping and sanding today. I was going to buy paint too but decided to hold off. I had the idea to surprise everyone with white LC wheels. Now I'm not feeling so original. LOL.

Good looking truck man.

Thanks, I appreciate it! Yea I wanna do white to be different. Majority of wheels that get painted are painted black, and I think white would make mine look less blacked out. I probably wont be able to do it for a while though. You should do it!

Update: 11/2/12

Definitely been a while, but I'm still in the 4Runner game guys! School has just been taking over my life! Ordered a scan-guage the other night. Just had to b/c I got a damn check engine light a few weeks ago. Hopefully its nothing big though, as it seems to run fine. I also decided to leave the wheels black. :)

Since transferring colleges, Im up in the hills now, so once that engine light problem gets fixed, and the rain starts pouring, Im doing some wheeling for sure. Cant wait!

Nice to see an update Zach. You should definitely get out into the mountains by Chico. Up by Paradise there is some good wheeling from what I've heard.

Met up with downpour11 and did some off-road exploring nearby. Didn't expect to see snow, but there was helllllla. Had a blast!

Update: 1/14/13

Did some wheeling with my brother, nephew and nephew-in-law. Had a blast! Realized how my 4Runner just seems to float on top of the mud compared to the heavier weight of the chevys. They got some badass trucks. I can see myself with a chevy in the future. But of course I gotta keep a toyota :)

Got stuck for the first time today. Doing some donuts in super thick sticky slushy mud.

Here's some pics/video:

I think I have a love/hate relationship with mud. Soo much fun to play in, but such a pain how it ****s with everything. Not to mention cleaning. My brother found this spot, less than 5 min away from my house, soo sick. Of course he finds it AFTER I move to chico haha.

Update: 1/20/13

Did some wheeling again yesterday with my brother and fam. I did the biggest hill climb I've ever done and just BARELY made it. Scared the shit outa myself haha. So much fun. (That's Mount Diablo in the background by the way)
