Need your opinions on these Wiper Blades!

I have those Rain X blades and they have been horrible since the day I put them on. Worst blades I have ever had a vehicle, they smear, make noise all the time. They are just junk in my opinion

2 years? 5 years? That's CRAZY. I tried some silicone blades years ago on my Tacoma and hated them. Seems like they skipped around too much, but whatever the case, they did not wipe nearly as well as the traditional type.
How about rain x? Anyone else notice it seems to eat wipers faster than w/o rain x? Maybe it's just me. I do love rain x, but I swear it wears out blades faster.

OEM for sure. I have tried Bosch and PIAA and RainX and none of them outperformed my OEM's that I have on now.
I'm currently using Rainx lattitudes on both my 4runner and Maxima. I did not do any research at all when I picked them, only from standing in the isle at the autoparts store. I've never really been picky on my wiper blades since I've never really had a problem with a set before. I only replaced them after purchasing the vehicles because I had no idea of the condition of the previous set.
So far I am completely happy with them. On both vehicles they work better than whatever was on there before I replaced them. About 8 months on the Maxima, 2 months on the 4runner.

I've been using the Trico NeoForm Beam blades. Haven't found anything better in my opinion. Had this set on for 2 years now and still works like the day I put them on. The AZ sun has killed every other blade I've tried after 1 summer (dryrot). For the rear, I just buy any blade from autozone (24"-28") blade and cut it in half.

my windshield gets treated with rain-x everytime I get a car wash, therefore I pretty much never turn on my wipers anymore except to clean the windshield off occasionally.

Ok everyone thanks for all your feedback. I thought i should let you know that i ordered the PIAA Silicone flat wipers from Amazon. They cost $45 for both (22in and 20in) and no shipping cost because i chose the super savor ship (which means it will arrive sometime next week) I let you all know what they are like when they arrive! Hopefully i picked the right one here. I also got some powder coated black grille tail light protectors coming friday to match my powder coated front bumper grille. So excited!

does anyone have the little spring things installed on their wiper arm? is the purpose of these to hold the wiper firmer on the windshield? are these necessary? asking because i installed new armour all wipers, and they both streak like mad....unusually bad actually

I would like to give an update on the wipers since its been about 2.5 months since i got it but it HASN'T RAINED ONCE HERE! :redbrick: So i've never got to really test them out. I once drove past some sprinklers though and wiped away the mist it left on the windshield. Wipers seem to work with that!
