2014 4runner expedition build on 34's

Purchased this guy about a week ago with 4 miles on it. I'm building it mainly as an expedition style nothing too serious or extreme. First step was to put on Icon Overland 3" rear springs with Icon 2.5" Remote Res rear shocks. Up front went with the extended travel 2.5" Remote Res Coilovers. Started with the lower spring rate but was too soft and immediately jumped up to the 700 after a couple days. Running 285/75R17 (34x11.50R17) on 17x9's with 4.5" BS. Rear didn't have any problem at all with rubbing and even at full flex didn't contact anything but just to be on the safe side built 2.25" extended bumpstops. The front I had to do the body mount chop and did a bit of trimming on the rear of the fender well where it bolts to the frame. I still have one small issue with it rubbing on the rear fender well when hitting a dip at high speed but I'm going to look at that tonight and get it figured out and done away with. Took it out over the weekend to the El Camino Del Diablo in southern Arizona. 130 miles offroad with a mixture of sand, rock, whoops, and some technical spots also very scenic. Ran 80mph through the whoops beautifully staying planted and the shocks soaking it up without any body movement.

On thursday my new ARB bumper arrives. They don't have one for the 14 yet however I am working with ARB on this to get the 14's handled so they can start putting out the bumpers. Shouldn't have any issues and should have it on by thursday evening and have feedback sent to ARB.

Also regearing today to 4.56's.

Next up:
ARB or AT Overland rear drawers
CBI Offroad Fab rear tire carrier with double jerry can holder (Ordered)
Budbuilt rock sliders (Ordered)
ARB or Frontrunner roof rack
Aux fuel tank
Main replacement fuel tank (maybe?)
ARB Roof Tent (transferring from my 80 series)
ARB Fridge (transferring from my 80 series)
Rigid lights
SatStation for Iridium Extreme (comes with vehicle mount, external antenna, hands free speaker and mic). My sat phone doesn't get service inside the vehicle and its been a constant pain for the last couple years. The docking station will fix all that and allow me to use it hands free while driving.

Looks sharp. Watch your rear remote resi lines though, mine are routed the same way and I have some minor abrading from the tire while at full stuff. A well placed hose clamp will hold it in tight to the body

Love the 34's on runner, feel my 32.7's don't fill the wheel wells enough.

How much wheel travel are you getting now with new suspension compared to the stock setup?

Finished the gears today. Went 4.56's. Made a huge difference especially in fuel mileage. Before at 75mph with the stock 3.73's I was staying at the very end of eco mode and outside of eco mode about 70% of the time. Now I'm solidly in the middle of eco mode and I'd say im averaging about 2mph higher.

Tomorrow the ARB bumper goes on I'll take some good pics and info.
