Autohome Maggiolina or James Baroud Evasion

Hi Folks,

I am looking to get a hard shell roof top tent. I have narrowed down to Autohome Maggiolina or James Baroud Evasion.

I know I can benefit greatly from the collective wisdom in this forum. For folks who have either one or have good reasons to recommend one over the other, please chime in.

I don't have either.(wouldn't mind it though). In the latest issue of Overland Journal, they did reviews on several hard shell tents, and I think both of those were included. Might want to check that article out.

I am interested in purchasing a hard shell roof top tent myself. I just installed a completely flat K9 roof rack in preparation of installing a hard shell tent.

My only concern is that I am 6'1" and these tents are not really accessible for you to get inside and stretch out before purchase.

I am leaning towards the small/medium Autohome Maggiolina Extreme or a James Baroud also.
