I was talking about ET and not your rims. And I wasn't taking shots at your but believe what you want. Remember your post about an 18 second or 17.8 second ET???? I think a 1st gen can run an 18.
So before you start insulting people and using foul language get your shit straight!!
I'll respond with the same connotation. The manner of YOUR post leading up to the statement regarding 18"s was implying something. You take a shot at me, I shoot at you. Simple.
Blanket statements? LOL... I'll say it again since you like to re-use posts: Would you feel JUST AN EXHAUST? Let's be honest here huhwhye. All of a sudden we're talking about tuning, headers, intake, etc, so let's refer to the first post of this thread and keep the initial topic in mind huhwhye. YOU brought up tuning. YOU brought up headers.

$675 for the TRD also known as the Borla exhaust. For what? Sound? For the whopping 2 RWHP, (that the Jardine gets)? Get it?
Keep in mind that I have done most of the bolt on mods available out there for the 4runner, including some weight reduction. I am advising folks based on this 5 year project. In terms of money spent, I would highly suggest turning in your 4runner for the new tacoma/Xrunner. That is my honest opinion. If folks are still interested in the modifications, I readily give my assessment on the performance gain, installation cost and time, links to writeups etc.
I have the TRD headers and here is an example:
TRD headers: $950
Gaskets, studs, exhaust mani bolts: $150
Installation time: 8 hours
Installation cost: Average $500
Total expense: $1600
Total gain in HP: For supercharged trucks 15 hp, NA 8 hp.
Worth it? YOU DECIDE.
