yup im going with the outdoor logic full hoops powder coated black and also getting a budbuilt skid as well.

Very nice! I was torn between Shrockworks and ODL when I ordered my bumper but ended up with the SW.

yeah i like that bumper but i like the cost of the ODL one better and i like how the hoops are angled out more thant the SW one. with shipping and all the lights and powder coated the ODL is still cheaper than SW.

JDM field unit installation part one.

So recently i acquired a JDM Field unit from japan from [MENTION=84917]GreenbowCounty[/MENTION]. tonight i got home from school for spring break and decided to install it. I followed the write up on [MENTION=57546]4-Ripcord[/MENTION] build thread. the first part of the installation is fairly easy.
1) first you take the screws out and find the wires that need to be cut i only cut 3 wires. i cut the wires from where the lights come out, and the ground wire. i chose to keep the switches for the map lights over as well.

Before anything had been done.

2) move everything over to the JDM unit and then screw them in really simple. then you take wire cutters strip the wires a tad bit. then you put them in a splice. i only had 2 splices so used them for the lights and just used electrical tape for the ground.

Installed in the car and it works! :reddance:

another small update

Today i picked up a TRD transmission cooler going to install it tomorrow hopefully, or thursday. just some preventative maintenance to ensure i dont get pink milk shake.

haha yeah just a little bit faster. it came in perfect timing. i get home from college on sunday and im installing it monday. cant wait.
