I was referring to sharp4runr's posting. They are double because the ones on currently shown on Burtman site are the Japan Toyota ones $$$.
He doesn't have these new "copies" on the site yet, but he said he can do them for $10 less I think from the group price.

WAIT, so is it too late? I was on the list. People started sending in their payments only a couple of days ago. Now I don't know if I should send mine in not knowing if I'm going to have to wait for him to get more in stock. What was he going to do if more people actually did join in on the group buy? I just hope I'm not too late. Anybody know?

Also, yes I understand the link is genuine OEM, but that was the only one listed on his site. So unless he advertises the cheaper knock offs, many people will be turned away at the sticker price...

Yes, and that is part of the reason I didn't initially think of Burtman. I've actually already been talking about this with Jason. Unfortunately it was just about immediately after I sent my second payment. JasonB needs to know the manufacturer before he knows the details for sure. He is also a little worried about the quality. For this price I'm not too concerned. I was pissed that I didn't think of him earlier too. Yes, he should have posted here, but he didn't notice this thread until I mentioned to him the group buy. I didn't immediately post here about JasonB because I have limited computer access this week and I didn't want to upset our Xtreme Group Buy seller and somehow get a defective product or something crazy. Plus, I was still holding out hope that we will hit the 21 and I'll get that $10 back.......yeah I know, I am counting my pennies right now.momo.75 said:

Nice work Noloc, that should definitely help people. I wish someone that lived near me ordered the gun metal so that I could compare them in person. I decided on the black but it was only like a 55% Black 45% Gunmetal margin. I know you told me that you thought the gunmetal would be best on mine too, so hopefully you were wrong! No, I'll probably never be completely sure. Seeing the difference of the chrome to the gun metal and how un-glossy the black is makes me question my decision.
