Bought the H11 low beams and installed them. How would I go about aiming them downs so I'm not blinding other drivers?

Hopefully you have the 06-09 projector headlights and not the 03-05...
There is a screw gear directly behind that you use to adjust the beam vertically and another screw gear to adjust the beam horizontally. If you search aiming headlights there are many threads on the topic.

When I ordered mine, I got the 3156 version which has the flat, blade style base since my DRLs used to be in the bumper on my ‘04. When converted to the projector style lights, they were brought up to the headlight housings. I wonder why Toyota would go back to those old style bulb bases on the later models? If you ever happen to take them out again for some reason, can you take a pic of the socket from the side, and front (where the bulb goes) please?
Also, how are the DT Moto lights working out? Are they decent quality? What about moisture issues? I have some that I ordered from Amazon, same blackout style, but don’t know the brand. They were a lot more expensive when I bought them maybe a year and a half ago. Anyway, I’m ready to smash them with a hammer! At least the driver's side anyway. No matter how many times I’ve tried to heat it to reseal, bead the seams with silicone, etc. I can not get it to stop leaking! I even went so far as gooping all of the o-rings with Teflon lube, I even siliconed around the big rubber doughnut seals, you name it, I’ve done it. I’ve come to the conclusion that it has to be a defective vent, or something else that I can’t seal, such as the adjusters. Did you have to seal the DT Motos, or did you just straight up install them?

The Vehicode seller had the 1156 bulb in the pull down menu. Instead of leaving that item in the menu, when he ran out of stock he pulled it completely. The 06-09 socket receives the rounded bulb base. There is no way for it to receive the flat base.
The DT Moto headlights were installed straight out of the box. No resealing. Been through several car washes with the pressure washer, several heavy rains and snow days here in Seattle, and survived an upper radiator pipe explosion in the rear. Zero condensation issues. Very happy with them.
Sounds like you have a small leak somewhere. Remove all bulbs and remove your driver headlight. Fill the housing to the brim with water. Identify where the leak is. Drain headlight. Shove it in the oven. Take it apart. Wipe ALL moisture out of the headlight. Dig ALL residual silicone off the headlight. Shove both the housing and lens in the oven again for another 10 minutes to completely dry it out. Reseal the lens using windshield sealant. If it does it again, repeat. If no leak is found... then it’s the bulb sockets as someone in this thread mentioned as a possibility.

Yeah, at this point I think I’ll just order another set, probably the DT Moto ones, and save these for a future retrofit, or sell them as candidates for retrofit since they should come apart for complete resealing as you mentioned. I’m just tired of taking them in and out at this point, so the next time will be for replacement. Love the LEDs though!

My guess is DT Moto addressed the leaky headlight issue. It has been a problem for many from the get go resulting in returns/refunds.
The LED O rings for the highs and lows are thicker than OEM and they are very tight. It takes more pressure to get them to twist in the sockets than stock. Which is primarily why I doubt it’s the bulbs causing the condensation issues described.

I hope so! I even thought abought getting the factory Sport ones, but I don’t like those as much as the fully blacked out ones I have now, and there’s no way I’d want the chrome version! Yeah, I wasn’t thinking it was the o-rings, but when you’ve exhausted every other possibility, you start grasping for reasons...

Got a chance to put together 45 seconds of dashcam video showing my LED high beams in action. I live in a rural area so I decided to start with LED high beams only because that's what is most useful in driving out here. So what you're seeing is my upgraded low beams (standard Philips H9 bulb modded to fit) followed by these Auxbeam LED 9005s. You'll notice when the high beams come on, that's for sure. In the last clip, watch for 5 deer in a field. First there's a big streetlight on the left, then a road sign on the right, and the deer are just past the sign on the right.

I have the Auxbeam highs and they are ridiculous... output is incredible. Good call posting the dash cam vid. Pics don’t do them justice.

I ordered some highs and lows. Can't beat 50% off either...I figure if I just don't like them I can always return because they have a "Satisfaction Guarantee" lol but get on them if you want them because the sale ends tonight at midnight

Guys $109 for xenonpro vs $29 Auxbeams...
I’m sure they are good... but not sure if the difference in price is worth it. Without a side by side comparison we won’t even know if a difference exists.

I have a feeling most LEDs are roughly the same, and the difference is just marketing and retailer mark-up. Unless it's some new gen chips vs. old tech of yesteryear.

I ordered them so we will see. I plan on ordering the Auxbeams as well, and if I don't like them then I'll give them to a buddy of mine who also as an 06.

Please do a side by side comparison! I’m very pleased with my $30 Auxbeams, but would for sure like to see if there is a huge difference with the extra dough spent, sort of like plug and play HID vs. full retrofit.
