No that is not the pic of them, they look identical~ Not sure what you mean by hubcentric?

4th gen 4runners rotors rest on hub studs!!! Not a centric hub~

1.25 will be the smallest adapter you can get that will allow the factory studs to be flush with the adapter. Unless you have a wheel that allows the studs to pass.

Hubcentric have a chamfered lip extends from the spacer that fits inside the lip of the hub hole in the wheel. The picture shows a lug centric spacer.

That is correct.

Not to be used with hub-centric factory Toyota rims. All other rims should be fine, ymmv.
