It looks like it's mostly a novelty. Just looking at it it's obvious that the handling would be terrible. The steering set-up looks questionable too.

Bottom line it's interesting from the standpoint that it's unusual. But there are much better ways to make big power in a motorcycle that still handles.

There are a lot of things that are more practical than novelty or concept vehicles. But the ability and skill to fabricate something like that is still impressive.

Kinda' reminds me of this one that regularly shows up at our local Sturgis Rally, at least in the outlandishness of the idea--someone built a "chopper" with a rotary airplane engine for power! Again, no practicality, and is probably dangerous to ride, but high points for originality.
