10F outside and my heater quit

My heater worked fine yesterday but when i started truck today blower stays off, no lights on blower control knob, fuse under the hood looks good.
is there another fuse for a/c system somewhere?
what makes it even worst that we are on vacation in the mountains, no dealer close and no heat in the truck at 10F outside is effectively ruined our vacation . truck with 6000 miles on it.
what moron designed heating system with closed by default heater core?
even after engine is hot there absolutely no heat in the cabin.
I'm disappointed in Toyota engineers.
if I move heater dial in ac max position ac light came on but blower is still not moving.
I have very limited tools at my disposal right now .

Just a thought, pull the cabin filter out (found in glove box), check the blower fan for any type of foreign objects, leaves, maybe a twig, could be jamming up the blower. Good luck. Be safe and try to have a Happy New Years.
