14' 4Runner popping noise from front end. Need help and idea.

I've got a popping noise coming from the front end, sounds like the drivers side.

Here's what I've checked-
Long bolt and nut that holds the LR UCA on
Upper ball joint nut
Top nut on Spc ball joint
Lower control arm adjustment bolts and nut.
Sway bar from hitting radiator support, installed sway drop brackets and radiator drop brackets

I have no idea, I'm down in ft Bragg and I'm 2.5 hours away from my tools.

If anyone has any suggestions where to look it will save me a lot of $$ from buying alot of tools the track this down.

LR bushings are the one washer type

Forgot to add it does it when I back up some times and most of the time when I back up and turn or turn and go forward.

And the tire isn't rubbing anything. Checked that already.

Usual suspect is the lca alignment bolts but you've checked that. Check the play in the cv axle

Just crawled onset there. Driver cv is clunking when I grab it,
Hmm now if warranty will cover it is the question

So both cv axles have about a 1/8" play in and out but driver side has a click when I go up or down, front and back.

I've noticed the same thing on my 2010 with stock suspension. The driver's side CV seems to have more lateral (up/down/front/back) play at the front differential than the passenger side.

I noticed it when looking for the cause of a noticeable rubbing sound from the front end when the suspension is compressed at highway speeds (like big smooth dips in the highway). The only thing I've been able to determine is that it goes away when I drive over the same dips in 4WD. Does your noise stop when in 4WD?
