Similarly, if I may, my recommendation is that you do not quote someone for the sole purpose of antagonizing.

My comment still stands, the rules are used to protect the wealth of knowledge that you find so valuable.

Please explain to me how the 15 post rule "protects" the wealth of knowledge here.

From having moderated other forums, I can tell you that the reason for a post count is to defeat most spammers ("Make money now...") and to discourage opportunistic posters - those posters that make one post (often something they could have found with a simple basic search on Google) and are never heard of again.

What confuses me is that the moderators here allow the speedposting of "post 1, post 2" to get to those 15 posts.

Do you enjoy one post questions of the same thing over and over again that the OP never returns to thread?

I agree that the 1,2,3 posts should be moderated, but I dont think the moderators here are active enough to police it. Which is also why the minimum post count works.
