1990 redo everything

I'd like to redo everything in the 1990 sr5 i recently picked up.

The speakers in the dash are both shot and entirely insufficient

Also, is there wiring running to the back of the vehicle already or am I going to have to install that?

My parents had a 90 model way back in the day, and the stock stereo in it was laughable. The speakers in the dash were like 3 1/2's if I remember correctly. I would be very surprised if there were any wires run to the back of the truck, so I would suspect you will be doing that for yourself.
