Alright, need help, need it quick. I somehow managed to snap my high pressure fuel line in half, and CANNOT find a replacement for sale.
If you look in the right wheel well, you'll see the brake line splitters, right behind it is the metal fuel line that comes up from the frame rail, there is a small cannister (maybe 1" od.) it clearly isn't a filter or anything, but it has a flarenut on the bottom, and the female part is the cannister.
Well, the line snapped off the top of this cannister, I know I can't use reinforced rubber fuel hose, as the system would just power past a mere hose clamp, so I'm left with the alternative of replacing the entire dang thing.
Trouble is, no one that I've found sells from the frame rail into the engine compartment. Everywhere shows the metal line from the tank to the wheel well, I don't need this line, it's in decent shape, I need what's after that.
I googled this problem, and found a picture from another toyota forum, and he said that there is a RUBBER high pressure fuel line with crimped ends from there on. Mine is all metal, and I cannot find anyone selling this particular piece!
I don't really want to go to a junkyard and get a secondhand rusty part, I'd rather replace the whole dang thing with new line.
