1995 4runner 3.0 v6 right O2 sensors + exhaust

i need a new exhaust system from front pipe to tail piple . im gonna to go with the walker system .according to their site the cali and non cali use the same parts . or maybe this was pre cali or pre OBD2 so thats why the parts are the same . i need the two O2 sensors also and i know if you dont get the right brand you can have engine light problems. so what should i use and do you have any parts numbers ? thanks alot .. ngk? denso ? etc ....

For any EFI / emissions sensors and parts use Denso or NGK for best results.
Have you checked to see if you actually have 2 O2 sensors?

yes i have 2 O2 sensors that that means its a cali emiss right ?

the cheapest i can find is around $60-70 on ebay each so far

I just bought (today) a Denso from Bap Geon for $70+tax.

so I was looking at O2 sensors and there is a brand called "Ultrapower" and in the description it says that Denso is the OE Manufacturer...So, my question is, Is it the same part just different label? Thanks

If it was me I'd go with RockAuto Parts Catalog and just get the Denso.

I'd go with Denso or NTK. I just replaced the sensor on our 1990 4runner, and it smoothed out the idle, improved mpg, and far less engine noise (barely hear it run now).

How difficult is it to change the o2 sensor for a non cali truck?

I have to do this soon... 9mpg is killing me.

Pretty easy with a Map Gas Torch (Lowes, Home depot sell them) and a wrench. The beauty of these trucks, is you don't even need a lift to service things. Drop under the truck, torch the fitting till it starts to turn color, then try using a 6 pointed wrench (or 02 socket, flare wrench) to turn it loose. If it is still tight, torch more. The old sensor should come out with little effort or broken threads. Warning: Take due and proper cautions when using a Map Gas torch. Watch out to only aim the flame on the bung of the o2 senor and cat pipe recepticle. The new o2 sensor bumped our combined mpg up 3mpg. It's truely amazing how smooth these engines are when their running in a decent state of tune. Best of luck.

Thanks, yea rockauto is where i saw the Denso and Ultrapro. I looked and only could find one on mine, before the cat and nothing afterwards. could not having the second one cause issues?
