In the attached picture, the black box that the white gear mechanism is attached to........can anyone tell me what it is called?
I have a very pronounced rattle coming from inside this box when I go over hard bumps. If the vent selector switch (cable operated) is positioned to upper vent or upper vent/lower vent, the rattle occurs. If I switch the selector to lower vent, or defrost/lower vent or defrost, the rattle goes away. I feel like it's one of the dampening doors inside this black box. Has anyone else experienced this problem?
