If the frame only has surface rust then why has the drivrg side lower control arm mount been patched?
Don't lie about the frame issue and let it be someone elses headache. Especially to other fellow t4r members.
Also the rear hatch is from a sr5...

I bought the truck with the patch like that. It’s really strange that’s it’s the only one and the test of the frame is solid. I took a hammer and bang on the the frame. My plan is to cut off the patch to see what happened underneath. Adds the tailgate goes, there’s a line of rust run across the tailgate, so that’s why I changed to this one so it looks a little better.
If I was trying to hide I wouldn’t take the pictures of the frame, or I could easily put the limited badge on.
I live in Ohio, frame in this condition would considered good. Thank you for pointed out the flaws
