1999 4Runner wood grain dash removal

I just got a sweet 1999 4Runner SR5 model but it has faded and discolored woodgrain dash pieces. I'd like to remove them and either have them recovered or I would just replace them. I found some nice deals on aftermarket but how do I remove the factory ones? Does anyone know if the aftermarket fit where the old factory ones did?

Are these full insert or stickers? I took the stickers off my door panel buttons, and it was a pain. On my dash it was just peeling on the edges a bit so I used a toothpick and acetone to get the rubber under the sticker sealed properly again.

I have replacement Toyota pieces for the radio bezel and door switches. I converted from black interior plastic to the Toyota factory (not stickon) woodgrain.

Just saying-if you have not already done this woodgrain sticker removal and would rather just replace the pieces.
