they are made of plastic or nylon and the holes do get ovaled out. So to me it is worth it especially if you do the drill and tap so you don't need to remove the nose cone very often.

I just got both the viton seal and coupler from Rolling Performance...but no box or anything. I will see if there is a part number on the seal itself.
Still waiting on the Nachis from Ebay though

The front oil seal is sized
20x47x7
The Viton is stamped FKM, the only one I found on Ebay was 47 bucks, making RollingPerformance far cheaper for that type of seal
A search on Ebay renders tons of options although not viton, they would work fine

About to finish up the rebuild on my roommates blower. Will update on all parts and process when done, Hopefully this weekend.

Do you guys have any links to the bearings you bought on ebay? I can't find anything for the 6303 and 6204 bearings besides the snap ring version.

It doesn't have to be Nachi Just get a good 6204 c3 bearing like this

NSK, Koyo, Nachi are all good bearings from Japan.
here is an example of a 6303 C3

One things to make sure of though is that you ask questions if you cant see pics of the bearing itself. like this last one I just posted. Often it will be the right bearing but might be sealed (which you could just pry out the seals) and you need the open bearing. so ask before you buy. if they won't open the box and tell you then Just move on.

Thanks a lot Sam! I found a sure that sells the Nachi bearings and can get the two of them for $25.
Also when you did the needle bearings were you able to just press them out the back of the sc? Is it open back there for them to come out of? Did you replace the bearings in the rotor pack as well? I'm tempted to do the rear needle bearings since it's apart.

yes they just pressed out. I had a company professionally rebuild the supercharger and they did a piss poor job which is why I jumped into this. They didn't even touch the rear needle bearings but I didn't need to replace the the rotor pack bearings because they did replace them. I wish I had just done the rebuild myself. the only thing I couldn't do was to coat the rotors. But I bet I could have found someone and had it done. LOL I won't make that mistake again.:brick:

I used viton O-rings from McMaster Carr:

I forget what size I used, but if you measure the old ones they'll match up to one of the ones on that page.

I don't recall which two I used, but these are the 5 sizes that I bought from McMaster (I kind of think it's one each of the inch sized o-rings):
