Is it worth replacing the coupler?
they are made of plastic or nylon and the holes do get ovaled out. So to me it is worth it especially if you do the drill and tap so you don't need to remove the nose cone very often.

Looks like a good kit with Nachi bearings[/
Product description states " bearings maybe other than pictured "
Negative feedback ... States bearing sent was " made in China "
Buyer beware, ask questions before buying.

Yea I saw that, I just went ahead and used the part number RockDawg provided, and get the nice Nachis for a great price
Got my Nachi's on Thursday, $15 shipped is a steal! Or I got raped when I ordered the kit from rolling performance.
Anyone have a part number for the viton nose cose seal by chance; I don't think I have the box mine came in anyone?
About to finish up the rebuild on my roommates blower. Will update on all parts and process when done, Hopefully this weekend.
Thanks a lot Sam! I found a sure that sells the Nachi bearings and can get the two of them for $25.
Also when you did the needle bearings were you able to just press them out the back of the sc? Is it open back there for them to come out of? Did you replace the bearings in the rotor pack as well? I'm tempted to do the rear needle bearings since it's apart.
Chris, did you re seal the elbow coming out of the top plate on the back? If so where did you get the seals and what style was it?
coinball, do you know what size the o-rings are for that elboe? Also do we need any other seals or o-rings besides the elbow, nose cone and rotor seals?
