Ty brotha! Just ordered.
About $70ish at ACE to get an aftermarket clone of the valet key made, I only had 1 valet key and wanted a backup just in case

Wanted to show y'all a side-by-side profile of the 2in1 key fob :doh:
It looks nice, but I'm going to return it. It's bulkier than a 2 piece and the light weight makes it feel cheap. You know what, I'm just gonna give it to my wife. She won't know any better. Puhahaha

Wow it is bulkier, although I’ve never seen a remote fob like yours before. My original one is even smaller and rectangular, instead of triangular like yours. I may just get the aftermarket case someone posted instead of the switchblade key.
About how long did it take to receive? I see it ships from Taiwan.
I just got this one shipped and arrive in 2days and is half the price of the overseas ones and exactly the same:

Yup! Been looking for one like this. I have the other big square one and its ok, getting a little wobbly now. Will be nice to have a better shaped one than a small brick :bravo:

Just finished programming and cutting all by my lonesome.
Instructions in this thread are accurate and will help.
I used a roll push pin to take the blank out. It helped a lot at the local hardware store. They couldn't have fit the blank with the fob attached.

Did you get it to roll down the back window at all? Maybe with the trunk button?

Yes the trunk button rolls down the rear window. The only issue i had was the panic was quite easy to accidently hit so I just glued the button on the board so it can't get pushed.

Bought this exact VW style FOB from this seller. Came in two business day with the key, fob and 2 roll pins to attach key to the FOB. Program of the FOB and key went smoothly and found a local lock smith to cut it for $3. Only gripe with this FOB is the logo (Wifi K logo), which i'm sure is removable. All in all great for $23 dollars!!

How's the build quality on it? Does it feel light and flimsy or does it have some heft to it?
Any chance you could post a pic of the front. I ask because, based the eBay pictures, it looked slightly different than the other ones posted in this thread.
Btw, I asked that Taiwanese seller (artiway) which one of the key fob styles was the smallest and he said it's this one:
