I've read a lot about belt noise on 03 4Runners, and the associated TSB fix that replaces a tensioner/pulley, but has anyone experienced the same on an 04 model? If so, what was the fix?
My 04 SE (still under warranty) occasionally has some belt squeal right after starting, especially in the rain, and I wondered if it's worth going to the dealer and telling them about the related 2003 TSB. Without the TSB to wave in their faces I suspect it'll be a case of "sorry guv, we can't hear it".
Does such a TSB apply to all subsequent model years, or just the year it is issued?
