Took an extra week due to some unforseen issues with parts but got everything installed.

Bilstein 5100 set 2.5" and Daystar 1.5" rear.
Tuff wheel T05 20x9 4.8" backspacing
Toyo Open Country A/T 275/55R20

Anyone else get 3" in front with bilstein's set at 2.5"?

No experience doing this on 4Runner, but it's not unusual for it to be a little higher in the front especially when freshly done. What did you do to the back?

It may not be a factor in your case, but the less lift in the back, the more the weight from the front will transfer rearward. Transferring weight to the rear takes pressure off the front coils and allowing for slightly increased lift.
