2011 Power accessory outlet not working

Trying to help a relative with their 2011 4runner. Neither front or rear power accessory outlet is working. My first thought would be to check the fuse. Do the 2011's have an interior fuse panel? I opened up the fuse panel in the engine compartment and didn't notice a fuse marked for the accessory plugs. I would expect it would be a 15 or 20amp fuse?

Are you talking about the 12V outlets or the 110V outlets? Yes, there is an interior fuse panel. According to the owners manual, it's just in front of the drivers door, just under the dash.

If you are referring to the 120V outlets, are they enabled? There is a switch to the left of the steering wheel by the dash dimmer rheostat.
