CSPAN actually has talk timers running on both of them. Last I checked Obama was ahead by almost 3 minutes.

As I've said before, I am loath to engage in partisan bickering on an automotive forum, but something strikes me as odd here. Doesn't congress have the power of the purse and the ability to approve (or not) the federal budget?

Yes, they do. However, do you recall any other President/Administration to go this long without a budget? If I were to be part of a company that did not have a budget myself, I would not be one to be critical of someone representing another companies budget.

And admins, we really should have a subforum in OT for political debates. Another large forum I am on calls it the "political playground". Keeps those that do not want to see these types of threads from having too, and those that do to know where to go.
