2014 headlights on 2011??

I was wondering if anyone has tried to fit the 2014 headlights on a 2010 - 2013 yet. I will be installing my 4x4 labs front bumper in the next week or so and I was thinking about swapping out the headlights and retro fitting the shrockworks pieces under the headlight to fill the gap. Does anyone know if the fenders are the same on the 2014's as on the 2010 - 2013? Or will I come across any issues attempting this that I am not aware of?

Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

It does appear the 2014 lights will fit the fender and perhaps the mounts, however you will have to have the headlights, and the 2014 grille. your hood should match also. so in reality, if you order the 2014 headlights, and grille, and then order the shrockworks 2014 bumper, you should be about as good as you can get.

It does appear the 2014 lights will fit the fender and perhaps the mounts, however you will have to have the headlights, and the 2014 grille. your hood should match also. so in reality, if you order the 2014 headlights, and grille, and then order the shrockworks 2014 bumper, you should be about as good as you can get.

Didn't think of this until I saw [MENTION=64685]TOY2G[/MENTION]s post. I think you might a a very strange looking front grill if you use the 2014 lights/grill because the color-matched housing would also need to be replaced, which wouldn't be a big deal, but then the 4x4labs bumper wouldn't come up to the piece the way it is intended and you would have a huge unsightly gap. See below where the bumper meets the frame for the grill:

I was also going to purchase the shrockworks pieces that go under the headlights for their front bumper and just modify that piece to fit with Luke's bumper (ie. cut the bottom of it to be flush). That should take care of the gap you were mentioning about. My biggest concern is the headlight mating up properly with the actual fender it self on the side.

I was also going to purchase the shrockworks pieces that go under the headlights for their front bumper and just modify that piece to fit with Luke's bumper (ie. cut the bottom of it to be flush). That should take care of the gap you were mentioning about. My biggest concern is the headlight mating up properly with the actual fender it self on the side.

The bumper cover does not match, but the fender and hood both look interchangeable.

Take both images above and overlay them, you can see the fender portion of the headlight is the same, as we'll is the front and the hood..

My recommendation would be to retro fit your headlights. Trying to put the 2014 headlights with the Shrockworks fillers on top of Luke's bumper will be hideous. Don't ruin Luke's work of art.

But hey if you got the cash burning go for it.

Hmm not sure. Doesn't the DRL on the 14+ use the high-beam at half voltage or something funky like that? If so, I wonder how that would work out with the 10-13' headlights or vice versa. IE wire harness, wiring, etc.
