2015 shop manual availability ?

I have always liked having nice thick tactile manuals. I really thing they are trying to get away from printing them and all the associated costs. That said:
Last ones you can get from Helm are 2011 and a full set of 7 manuals (5 service, a body repair, and an electrical) and runs about $1500. Just get a subscription to TIS. $1500 buys you a lot of logins:

TIS changed the way data is handled to make it harder to export entire FSMs to your hard drive (which sucks...) while Toyota has cracked down on websites hosting "boot legged" FSM .pdf files.
All that being said, you can talk to the Parts Department at your local dealership on how to acquire an FSM. I remember we sold one or two FSMs to customers/aftermarket shops. They look a bit different than what we have in our library, but have the same information for the most part, I assume they are not cheap. I have been meaning to find out how to get one for my '04 4Runner just to have a hard copy.
If you do manage to get one, please let us know what hoops we gotta jump through.

Did you check the link I posted by any chance? They have '04 in stock vol 1&2 $280 for both, actually surprised they are in stock.

The manual our parts department sold was a brand new printing for a 1986 4Runner, so Toyota does make them still per request I think.

I suspect they do to. FWIW When I bought my '99 used I asked for the service manuals as part of the deal, they agreed, it took two months to get them. They looked nothing like my '89 service manuals with the all black and orange cover with a picture of the truck on the cover. The manuals I received were all white with some orange piping and just black text.

Keep an eye on eBay too, I have seen late model full sets still in plastic go through, I brush them off because I am just not will to pay $1500 for them. This is the search i use:

When I bought my 2013 last year I asked my dealers parts department and they directed me to Helm Inc, as I posted earlier. It is totally possible I wasn't talking to the right person, I haven't seen "my usual" parts guy for a while.*wonders if he is still there*

Yes & no. You can print documentation and you can save some stuff. I find that TIS lets me save TSBs and some training material as .pdfs But sections of FSM after 2005 model year are a bit trickier to save, particularly wiring diagrams and its all TIS based online fanciness called "EWD Viewer."
I am not entirely sure how different TIS for "Civilians" is compared to the Toyota Technician access I get on TIS, but I do know there are some differences.

Yep. If you are using an ink jet printer, have plenty of cartridges handy as well as time if using a $15 two day subscription.
It's my humble opinion that one will buy more than one $15 subscription to go after more than commonplace info especially if they have either a job and/or a wife.

At $15 for two day that's 150 logins or 300 days and that would be a lot of knuckle busting on such a new truck, the kind of knuckle busting you wouldn't expect to really do until your pushing 10+ years old, baring anything "out of the ordinary" of course.
There is also the option of digging up one of the older digital copies that lurk on the interwebz to at least feed the curiosity itch for base knowledge. The truck really hasn't changed much since 2010...apart from the rare and highly sought after 2.7L 4 cyl engine and 4 speed trans

When we bought our Tundra in 2000 the last page in the owners manual was a card I filled out and sent in to get the shop manuals (3 books) and cost $75 I think. They have come in handy over the years too.
For pages you can't print try highliting what you want to print and copy it to Microsoft word and print from there. CTL-C to copy and CTL-V to paste.
